Camping..Fishing..Going to Fish Lake on the weekends and staying at my parents cabin..water skying..golf..traveling around the country with my dog..When I was growing up my parents had some friends[the Eldons] who had a cabin up at Lake of the Woods and we went up there a lot and that is where I learned how to water ski..my parents wanted a cabin at Lake of the Woods but had to settle for one at Fish Lake instead..I spent a lot of time there on the weekends..I remember going up there one time with Brad Price who was my next door neighbor when I lived on Eldorado Drive off of Murphy Road...Tom Tope and Gary Mack lived 8 or 10 houses down from me..also Brad Price and his sister Diane Price lived next door...



I have always loved to travel..

I started kindergarten in Alaska as well as the first and second grade and started the 3rd grade in Beaverton[Vista Hills] at Ridgewood Grade School...I started the 4th grade at Ridgewood but my parents moved to Medford where I finished the 4th grade at Hoover Grade School in Mrs Winihans class..I also finished the 5th grade and the 6th grade at Hoover..

I remember the other 4th grade teachers name was Mrs Hunt..My other teachers were Mr. Martin, Mr Ackrel, Mrs. Blair and Mrs Fleegal..I remember the janitors name..his name was Earl...

I went to Hedrick Junior High and then Medford Mid High..

In the spring of 1970 I got my GED going to night classes at Medford Senior High[now North Medford]...

When I was going to Hoover my favorite place to hang out was the Hoover pond...

I wonder if any of the Hoover crowd remembers that place..

I'm still in so Missouri outside of Thayer which is on the Missouri Arkansaw border..I got sick again July of 1012 and had to be hospitalized and then November of 2012 had to be hospitalized again and am home having to do home nursing because I refused to go to a nursing home...I'm getting better...

I plan on coming back to the valley in Feb of 2015 for a visit providing I'm able...

I've been going to school the last few months online...taking Para Legal courses and will receive another diploma from Stratford Career Institute..I've learned a lot...

I left Oregon December of 2004 with my dogs Margret, Roko my min pin, Jackson my wolf mix[Jackson], Moe, Suzy, Lucky, another dog named Lucky and my cat Grace...

All my dogs passed away except for Lucky, Jackson and Roko who turns 16 this December..

Hopefully I will be able to move back to the valley someday...finding a place to go is the hard part since I have been gone for a long time..

I'm coming back to the valley for a visit in January of 2015. I will be there for a week. I plan on visiting Ashland, Medford, Central Point, Ruch and Williams Oregon and Jacksonville while I am there and also looking up a few old friends. Driving from so Missouri to the west coast and back is a 4,000 mile round trip and since I can't make the trip by myself a friend from St. Louis named Robert will be going with me in case anything were to happen.

I recently lost my 16 year old min pin Roko who traveled with me every where I went and it was a real heart breaker. I'm in the process of buying a Massey Ferguson 40 hp farm tractor with a 6 ft. brush hog. The tractor has a 3 point hitch which can run a mower, a rake and a square bailer.

I'm still having health problems but I'm getting better. Mostly because I never gave up. I've been gone from the valley now for 10 years and I'm still having a hard rime adjusting to life in the mid west since it is so much different than life on the west coast.

I attended Cascade Junior High in Longveiw Washington during the 7th grade..after I graduated from the 6th grade my parents moved there because my dad was promoted president of a big bank..that lasted 6 months when my dad decided to move back to Medford and buy Lamports Sporting Goods...and just like that I was at Hedrick Junior High..

When I was in a Alaska I went to Turnagain Grade School...I also went to kindergarten in Alaska but don't remember the name.
