Majored in Drugs and Alcohol in college. Went on to pursue as a career. Got clean and sober 25 years ago (best thing I ever did). Got married (worst thing I ever did). Got married again (second best thing I ever did)...she's the sweetest heart I have ever known. Feeling grateful every day. We have our differences, chief among them religion and politics. Keeping my mouth shut really pays off. We make it work. Yep, Grateful.

Worked as school bus driver back in the 80s. I loved it; loved the kids. Drove till it became clear the pay wasn't enough. Back to school: Computer Science - programming. Worked in IT until 2014, when Symantec sent all our jobs to India. So I 'retired' and am driving school bus again here in Eugene. Life's good, challenging, heart warming, heart breaking, fun and serene for the most part.

But the best job ever is Grandpa. Just wanna squeeze the boys till they pop. In fact I am training them to 'bear hug' : Squeeze really hard and say: "Oh, oh, oh, oh, ooohhh. (sigh) That was a good one." the boys love it.

16 different Elementary/Middle schools in Ohio, Michigan and California. My dad was in radio and we moved regularly.

Then landed in Medford in 1964: Hedrick Jr High, Medford Mid-high (a bold experiment) and on to Medford Sr High.
